Clients commit to a minimum six-month stay. First month fees are $800, which includes a nonrefundable $200 deposit. Fees for subsequent weeks are $135 weekly per client, payable in advance.
Food, clothing and transportation costs are not included in the fees. The house has four double-occupancy bedrooms, a kitchen, eating area, great room, clothes washer and dryer as well as
common area facilities. Smoking is prohibited inside the house. Each client performs daily chores which are assigned by the house manager.
